PM Enrich is co-founded by award-winning referral marketers, Priya-Marie Robert and Mel Gibson. Priya has helped over 300 businesses articulate their real value to attract higher-value clients and create referral partnerships to ensure consistent growth. While Mel has over two decades of experience in training delivery, program facilitation, and process improvement.
In 2023, they agreed they were sick of hearing the statistic that 50% of businesses fail in their first 5 years in Australia. Mel & Priya were continuously seeing businesses struggle to attract clients, which heavily contributes to this statistic. PM identified the need to create referral teams as the alternative strategy to attract clients.
